National Doughnut Day
I was informed (how I didn’t know this already is beyond me) that today is National Doughnut Day.
For as long as I can remember Donuts have been one of my favorite foods.
Best holiday ever.
I just consumed some glorious juice, a donut, and a bagel as an midshift snack.
Dexter-Ann Arbor 5K Run
Getting a little better then my last run. Today’s run was on a tougher course course and fueled with worse diet and precursed with worse training (I didn’t train don’t tell anyone). I defeated 470 other men with little to no forethought or effort. I am the man.
