Ef You Treyarch...

How much does everybody pay for domains? Has the cost gone up across the board or is it just me?

Right now vanlandw.com is registered though Hostway and it just cost $12.95 to renew for another year? When I got this domain it was $7.99.

Just curious…

I was going to purchase a domain a few weeks ago through Google for $10. don’t know if that is still the price.

Hostway has been rather rock solid for all my domains. They always notify me when they are going to expire and have been a good service.

Within the last year the price has jumped so I was curious to see what others were paying.

Vo, you should purchase darklibra.tv and start a web television show chronicling your existence. Also sell t-shirts.

I hated hostway. They emailed me constantly, autorenewed domains i had turned that feature off of, etc.

I moved everything to godaddy. I always google for godaddy promo codes and get it for about 7.99 a year.

Chouse uses namecheap which appeared to be about 8.50 a year so that’s an option as well.

Hostway for awhile was doing a lot of spam messages for BS upgrades ect.

They seem to have stopped that they only notify now for domain expires and stuff related to the services I already have.

For a few bucks it’s not really worth switching I only own one domain anymore I was just curious what prices you guys were paying these days.

I’ve heard good things about sedo.com. One of you guys should spend $700,000 for compass.com

All I know is that I need to let some of my domain names go. I think I spent over $200 in renewals last year

    heart namecheap.com. ef godaddy.

JJA – Yeah I let dancytime and bauercount go. It was hard to let BC go but I paid for three years of total inactivity.

Chouse – I’ve heard good and bad about godaddy. Don’t like their superbowl ads.

Bauercount is now a chinese site…
    I’m speechless

    That seems somewhat appropriate
