Getting a little better then my last run. Today’s run was on a tougher course course and fueled with worse diet and precursed with worse training (I didn’t train don’t tell anyone). I defeated 470 other men with little to no forethought or effort. I am the man.

I only beat 40 people LOL - but I did 4 5K’s back to back then a .7 mile “fun run.”
Vanlandw, all these 5k runs will aid you when you are chased by bears this coming fall. Keep up the good work!
